My team is collaborative, encouraging, and engaged. We constantly look for ways to improve upon what's already been done.
What makes you most happy at work?
Although virtual, I have a tight knit team that feels comfortable asking for help and supporting each other. Our positive attitudes and trailblazing spirit ensure we are successful!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly cares about each person and how decisions made at the top may affect those at the bottom. I've never seen such transparency and trust before!
What did you like most about the interview process?
During the interview process, I was asked to present a travel itinerary and was given very little instruction. It was great to use my creativity and receive feedback within the interview.
