I enjoy my company and my coworkers at all levels. If I could change anything it would be the industry itself. We are dependent on suppliers and customers alike. We sell a product that is delivered by others and we are held accountable many times for things outside our control.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was able to talk to multiple levels including peers as well as upper management.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe that I am fairly compensated and that BCD does a good job of matching my 401K contributions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe that we all work together and that a job well done is appreciated by everyone at all levels.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I could not be happier with the team I work on. I have great coworkers and everyone is willing to jump in and lend a hand when needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I work with. Unfortunately the travel industry has very thin margins and the industry future is always uncertain. However, I could not ask for better people to work with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is very transparent and explains why decisions are made and what the alternatives were. You may not always like the decision but at least you understand why it was made.
