I am always supported and am allowed to be creative in my role. Also that I have fantastic coworkers and I feel like I have real career progression.

Open, friendly, knowledgeable, eager to help - everyone's strengths are recognised and we are all able to work on extra projects with extra responsibility to develop and act on these strengths to contribute to the teams overall productivity and performance
