I just completed 10 years with BCD and my experience thus far has been pleasant due to the supportive leadership, helping attitude of colleagues across all units. Also, it is refreshing to have a leadership team that is approachable and not confined in an ivory tower.

For me it was conducted in a casual setting and the questions were engaging

Given the current conditions yes, however there is definitely an opportunity to expand the offering

I find the team caring and harmonious. Most importantly always willing to share their knowledge
