What makes you most happy at work?
I feel included, that my contribution is making things better, and that I am respected and appreciated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is so much positive support and feedback from your peers and management alike. Everyone respects everyone else tremendously.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the medical insurance offerings could be better, especially for a company of this size. They only offer high deductible plans and frankly, that is disappointing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have never worked with a better group of people at any other company. It is amazing to work with so many people that share your work ethic and that support each other daily. We all want to see the next person thrive and succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have not only created a company culture whereby we are truly like a family, but they have also been able to sustain that feeling throughout 2020 during the worst of the pandemic with all of the tough decisions that had to be made. The transparency of leadership is admirable.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview was over video so that helped me to get a feel for the person who would become my manager. We were able to create a rapport from the beginning. The interview process felt very transparent in that I was given information about when the decisions would be made, etc.
