I think we're doing a good job at bringing people with very different cultural and professional backgrounds so the blend is very interesting. However, leadership is not doing anything to prevent free riding during meetings.
They give the image of "low ego, high impact". Obviously, financial targets and shareholders interests are a focus but this company seems to be lead by human values. with a few exceptions, the C-Suite seems to be driven by doing "the right thing".
It's not about the company itself. It's difficult to be excited working in travel in the current times. The current situation of our industry also makes me doubt about the future success of our company. My doubts are not related to our leadership team's ability, but the current state of the industry
