I have been given great opportunities to grow, personally and professionally and had leaders listening to my concerns when I had some. However, as our company is so US-centric, it's sometimes difficult to sit in another region. I wish we were a truly global company.

Openness of the interviewer and his ability to make me feel comfortable so I could show my best
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think we have very little benefits (I appreciate the health care package though) but the salary is good.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I think we're doing a good job at bringing people with very different cultural and professional backgrounds so the blend is very interesting. However, leadership is not doing anything to prevent free riding during meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give the image of "low ego, high impact". Obviously, financial targets and shareholders interests are a focus but this company seems to be lead by human values. with a few exceptions, the C-Suite seems to be driven by doing "the right thing".
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's not about the company itself. It's difficult to be excited working in travel in the current times. The current situation of our industry also makes me doubt about the future success of our company. My doubts are not related to our leadership team's ability, but the current state of the industry
