The openness from upper management. Being transparent in all situations and being made to feel appreciated for the job we do.
What makes you most happy at work?
the use of programs used, the people on my team and the service we provide to our client Bloomberg. It's an awesome job and it makes me love to service this client and my company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The thorough questions to ensure that I was a qualified candidate for the position. The open dialogue which provided me and opportunity to see what was expected of me and the job itself. And lastly, it gave me an introduction to whom I would be reporting to and that was great.
