We're a global team, with a diverse mix of people, backgrounds and cultures. If anyone needs help, there is someone always willing to support.

The global mix we have of people, from all walks of life, from a multitude of cultures and backgrounds. You can be yourself here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are excellent at keeping us informed, making a big company feel small and family orientated. You know they care about our opinions. I've enjoyed every year I've worked for BCD Travel.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I had a face to face meeting with the person who was my future manager and I had a telephone meeting with a manager in the US. It was interesting to be interviewed by two very different people, with very different backgrounds.
