Mr. Wade Oosterman has been the Group President of Bell Canada and BCE Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Oosterman serves as Chief Brand Officer at Bell Canada, Inc., a subsidiary of BCE, Inc. He served as the President of Bell Mobility, Inc. and Residential Services. Mr. Oosterman oversees Bell's national wireless business and wireline consumer services including Bell Fibe TV and Satellite TV, Bell Internet and Bell Home Phone. He served as Chief Brand Officer of BCE, Inc. He served as the President of Bell Mobility & Channels at BCE, Inc. since July 2008. Mr. Oosterman began his career in telecommunications as an executive with Bell Cellular Distribution Services Inc., which quickly became the largest sales agent for Bell Mobility's predecessor company Bell Cellular. He served as President of Bell Distribution, Inc. since August 3, 2006. He is a 20-year veteran of the telecom industry. He was instrumental in the national build outs of two fast-growing wireless carriers, Clearnet and Telus Mobility. Mr. Oosterman honored his expertise in driving both revenues and cost efficiencies at the executive level with national wireless carrier Clearnet communications, where he served as Executive Vice-President of Sales and Marketing until 2000. He served as an Executive Vice-President, Sales and Marketing for Telus Mobility. Mr. Oosterman served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of TELUS Corporation. Mr. Oosterman began his career in telecommunications as an Executive with Bell Cellular Distribution Services Inc. He serves as a Director of the Foundation Fighting Blindness -- Canada and the Toronto International Film Festival. He served as an Independent Director of Ingram Micro Inc. from September 18, 2013 to December 5, 2016. He served as a Director of The Investment Fund for Foundations. He served as a Board Member at Clearnet communications until 2000. He serves as a Director of the Foundation Fighting Blindness, Canada. He is recognized for his focus on profitable growth, having developed pricing and product strategies that translated into industry-leading revenue, earnings and cash flow growth for the two carriers. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario's Ivey School of Business. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and finance from the University of Western Ontario.
