The company is good overall, but I work far too much for the pay. People in similar positions get by doing the bare minimum so maybe I should start to do the same.

Invest in current staff more and provide necessary incentive to work hard
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation at mid level accounting firm is just simply lower than larger big four, or large independent advisory firms. In addition, the amount of work and effort vs my peers is not proportionate to the pay vs peers. Each position has too small of a compensation range. No incentive to work harder
