
Small and cohesive (albeit spread across the country)

Invest in current staff more and provide necessary incentive to work hard
Compensation at mid level accounting firm is just simply lower than larger big four, or large independent advisory firms. In addition, the amount of work and effort vs my peers is not proportionate to the pay vs peers. Each position has too small of a compensation range. No incentive to work harder
