My team is located all over the US but they come together remotely on a very frequent basis to make sure everyone is included and up to speed on projects. We have fun while having structure.
Folks have great attitudes, strong work ethics, and support one another.
They are all intelligent and hard working.

Team members do not have idea what they are required to do. BDO plugs any one that can fill a position, qualification and experiences may not matter as such.
