I love my job. I hate the drama above my head though. I've been there for several years. They refuse to give raises. Promotions go to brown nosers, not those who deserve them. Some PT employees work FT hours for months and months but refused FT positions. Management is disposable to higher levels.

What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at BDS Marketing?
Due to this company mainly doing phone interviews, the most difficult question the will ask you is how you( Assisted Sales Rep) will push for the company's product you are in the retail store. They will ask you question about this mainly which is difficult at points.
