I just started, so far so good.

I love my job. I hate the drama above my head though. I've been there for several years. They refuse to give raises. Promotions go to brown nosers, not those who deserve them. Some PT employees work FT hours for months and months but refused FT positions. Management is disposable to higher levels.

Enjoyable part-time or full-time work that can be hectic but also fulfilling.

I have only been here for a short time. I will say that in the short period I have been very lucky to have the opportunity..ppl are very awesome!!

I've worked for the company for over 3 years. It's a great company and you are not just a number. Training for each brand needs to be greatly improved. Overall a great company though.

They are a group of down-to-earth humans.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they treat people like people. We can admit to them if a mistake has been made and together we can move forward.

Pto insurance among pay as well

Not eligible yet, what i have read is very good

Pay Is great, but the health insurance is expensive! I would also like to see Tuition reimbursement.

I only work part time but it's a hourly rate is competitive and there is also a standard mileage allowance which is reimbursed.

Give raises. Give promotions. Do anonymous surveys on upper management. We have complaints but no one to listen to us, so the turnover is crazy.

I was there as a part-time professional but I still feel they could do better with benefits.

Good communication and flexibility for calls

The team is diverse and easy to work with.

they're human and treat you like a fellow human. If you need help many are willing to assist you or answer questions.

Were a team of 5, its a good culture, one team one dream.

Nearly 100% of the job is telecommuting, I very rarely even see my team face to face but there are weekly conference calls with an open floor for questions and concerns. Help and training is always readily available.

I get to work independently most of the time as a merchandiser going store to store

Meeting different people on the different stores is nice. I've been able to make some friends.

Work environment is constantly changing if you are in the field.

The moral support and the positive impact

I love that you're not just a number. I've worked for many companies like this and this one is the first that we are not just a number.

recruiters are great. They tell you what to expect and ask the right questions.... most of them anyway

It was virtual and simple.

The interview process was short and training began quickly.

Comfortable not stuffy, energy was positive.

it's pretty average. Sometimes challenging questions get thrown in.

Getting to work at my own pace as a huge benefit for my learning disability

Seeing a task completed knowing that many people will see the work.

People are amazing. Attitude is everything and if you don't understand something...just ask because they understand and value questions
