What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I get to work independently most of the time as a merchandiser going store to store

Meeting different people on the different stores is nice. I've been able to make some friends.

Work environment is constantly changing if you are in the field.

The moral support and the positive impact

I love that you're not just a number. I've worked for many companies like this and this one is the first that we are not just a number.

We have fun, that's about it. Its retail, and we have to deal with customers, but were all friends so we enjoy working.

We have a ‘work hard, play hard’ mentality that is infused in everything we do. Our “Straight Talk” sessions and Field Advisory Board ensure that our culture extends far beyond the walls of our corporate office, keeping our field teams engaged.
