The entire team was included in the process. Every department that the interviewee will protentional impact is involved. I also like that the Beck Tradition of asking each candidate to define thier spirit animal.

The positive attitude that team members have to make a impact on the company. The company gives to each and every employee and so the employees work hard to better the product, the environment, etc. better everyday.
