Base salary is the lowest compared to other organizations in OTC Make goals attainable. Example - the sales force has always achieved the POS ( point of sale) goals at 150% by growing Aquaphor and Eucerin numbers. This year NO ONE made bonus for POS in the nation. Stop skewing the numbers

There is no focus on development, currently teams are more focused on completing tasks quickly and with the upmost scrutiny (even when factors and estimates are directional at best). Trainings and knowledge sharing are outsourced to brief townhalls and stale videos , marketed to be at"your convience
