What do you like best about the leadership team?
Flexiblebsnd open minded. Very approachable.

Bellwether no longer exists here. They lost their license to operate. They had the opportunity to benefit the people they served but didn't.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Affirdable health care. 50% covered by Bellwether.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job wasn't manageable. Upper Management wasn't very supportive to their subordinates.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Smart, supportive, motivated and resourceful.
Hard workers but didnt have the resources to do what they needed to do.

The position was intolerable. There was no way to make it work.
