Tina joined the Benefitfocus team in 2021 and brings with her more than 25 years of in-depth benefits administration, health care consulting and clinical navigation experience. She has built herself a reputation for delivering on promises and draws energy from the discipline and conviction to execute. She feels strongly that through exceptional service and health care technology, we can improve individuals’ experiences within our complex health care system, creating value for both employers and health plans.
Roles & Responsibilities
As Chief Product & Strategy Officer, Tina leads our Product Management organization and is responsible for aligning product, customer and company strategy.?Working closely with our Engineering, Customer Service and Sales & Marketing organizations, she ensures we keep our customers’ voice front and center. Embracing the importance of listening and learning, Tina is passionate about helping employers and health plans uncover the insights and solutions necessary to effectively tackle their most pressing challenges.

Tina graduated from Boston College with a BA in political science and a pre-med minor. With a history of building new health care businesses within large organizations, she has deep benefits administration and consulting expertise and has held key leadership positions in product management, customer service and implementation, business transformation and marketplace development.
