What do you like best about the leadership team?
They respect the new ideas even it's small and give opportunity and freehand to work and experiment.

Should be paid more due to high demand of customers.

Teamwork is important, always willing to help each other out.
Everyone is focused and prepared to do their jobs to the best of their abilities, every day.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Avoid the assumptions that you think you have about people's experience. Don't say "happy to help" and not genuinely mean it. If you can help teammates, helping set them up with success helps the team overall and rolls over to helping the organization succeed.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Support system, helpful coworkers who care
Their commitment to diversity, inclusion and belonging is truly inspiring, from the CEO down. I've never worked at a company that is more vocal about wanting to do right in these areas. It's refreshing and one of the main reasons I love working here.
Everyone is casual and friendly - no pretenses or politics

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and the recruiter was prompt. No dragging this out for months.
Everyone was so welcoming. Every time I completed an interview I became more excited about the potential opportunities. The process was easy and the recruiters were super friendly

When my manager is openly positive on supporting each team member.

Knowing that we are all marching towards the same goals, and that we are all open and honest with one another.
