They seem concerned and have a path

they cover all typical medical
Great health care at a great reasonable price.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing to do with the company. Just believe poaces coukd pay more of a wage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i love my team hands down. theyre supportive but a few of them dont really do their jobs
all the tech team members are generally great, but overloaded

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people are considerate, never had a truly bad experience with anyone
Management is nice and everyine else is pretty friendly.

friendly, not overly "book questions"
Communitcation was the best. They did not hesitate to give you all information needed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
pay your workers and hire new hands. youre lowering morale by overworking your employees and underpaying them. you guys need to really reconsider your steps if you want low turnover rate. its embarrassing
