They are so nice. They will trach you anything and break if down simple to understand.

Great health care at a great reasonable price.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Nothing to do with the company. Just believe poaces coukd pay more of a wage.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i love my team hands down. theyre supportive but a few of them dont really do their jobs

Communitcation was the best. They did not hesitate to give you all information needed.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
easy. interviewer said i got the job the first round of interviews but i had to do a second one? that hust seemed like overkill. quit wasting people's time. also human resources got back to me a month late regarding my job offer. you guys suck

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
pay your workers and hire new hands. youre lowering morale by overworking your employees and underpaying them. you guys need to really reconsider your steps if you want low turnover rate. its embarrassing
