Lots of new executives who are bringing fresh ideas to our great company
More like a team mate but with a global view of the long term goals. My role is myopic so I trust they have an eye on the big picture.

work load is overwhelming, you get a pat on the back for all the job well done and a disqualification for that one task you missed on a thursday. you bring in so much revenue, yet appraisal is the bare minimum. yet they expect you to work 101%
Being Treated Fairly an Respectful Compared to How the Non English Speaking Employees Are Treated Like Angels!

The people I work with and how much we are committed to helping each other and the team

the hr chief and the way she run things, you will lose all seasoned. the ops leadership with their outrageous asks
Do better at appreciation it may get better workers

What did you like most about the interview process?
Realist job expectation were set and not too many interviews before the offer
Wen I started my interview an orientation were excellent But Alot Changed about 2 months after that
