I'm too new to answer this well, onboarding seems a bit antiquated

Very fast paced and growing fast, alot of needed changes happening which can be overwhelming but are having positive outcomes

Lots of new executives who are bringing fresh ideas to our great company

More like a team mate but with a global view of the long term goals. My role is myopic so I trust they have an eye on the big picture.

work load is overwhelming, you get a pat on the back for all the job well done and a disqualification for that one task you missed on a thursday. you bring in so much revenue, yet appraisal is the bare minimum. yet they expect you to work 101%

401k match is un-competitive, everything else ok however

Wen I started my interview an orientation were excellent But Alot Changed about 2 months after that
