Lots of new executives who are bringing fresh ideas to our great company
More like a team mate but with a global view of the long term goals. My role is myopic so I trust they have an eye on the big picture.

Hybrid work environment, celebration and recognition of achievements and we like to have fun together
The people I work with and how much we are committed to helping each other and the team
What did you like most about the interview process?
Realist job expectation were set and not too many interviews before the offer
Wen I started my interview an orientation were excellent But Alot Changed about 2 months after that
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to design campaigns that make my clients brands to come to life
