What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all very smart, motivated, and high performers. My team members encourage me to be a better developer & leader each day.
They communicate efficiently without animosity.
Everyone on the team has something that makes them unique and memorable upon meeting them for the first time. We have respectful debates, back each other up when needed, and know when its time to decompress and joke around.
Brilliant people, always pushing me to be better each day. They're all personable, down-to-earth people, and all have a passion for their work.
I feel that when I have input about making our product better or have an issue that needs to be resolved people actually listen to me and care about what I have to say. Being able to collaborate with out getting shot down is a very valuable thing.
They're friendly and competent, they've been selected well.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Lack of follow-through and organization. Sometimes it feels like the wild, wild West with everyone doing their own thing for themselves without thinking about how it will impact the future.
