Very low benefits (noting above the legal bare minimum)
We do performance reviews twice a year and they are useless because we don't even get a raise if we do well and we shouldn't get 100% bonus
Good salary + bonus. No long term incentives or benefits

focused on less topic for more quality. end the meeting with call for actions
