What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Everyone's love of Berklee. That's genuine and the students and faculty are amazing.
What are some of the best things about your team?Colleagues are generally very nice and collaborative. Most people have connections and really love the institution.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They should offer better education benefits. They only really support you if you enroll in Berklee Online.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to know and understand music, higher education, and the music industry better. They need to stop out of control growth without a solid financial plan to support it.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?Slow but ok. But there is no training for hiring managers so it can be a mess.
