Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company cycles through workers at astonishing rate. Ive never seen so many people leave in my first 3 weeks working somewhere.

Salaried employees are expected to work the job of 3 people and hours of overtime with no extra pay.

Employees at this company are generally paid OK for the geographic area, but the bare minimum in relationship to industry standards for similar roles. Owners are oftentimes outwardly rude to employees and do not take their individual time or effort into consideration.

I know I am undervalued and If all departments honestly worked together and planned the projects that needed to be executed greater than 15 minutes before they were already 15 minutes late than I believe that my compensation would just barely be competitive

They use the argument that cost of living is cheaper in this area, but the management needs a serious reality check on that. The employees are not paid what they are worth, and the pennies they throw for bonuses are just laughable.

The department heads earn 10% per quarter (40% per year bonuses) working their staffs to the brink of death! The turnover this year is over 60% because of these practices. And management thinks a 0.75% quarterly bonus is motivating. What a joke!!!

Our promised 401k match that never came. Not having to constantly work overtime that's not compensated.

Employees are forced to work long after the hours stated in their contracts with no compensation or appreciation for the extra time they put in. Upper management does not know how manage the number of projects with the available work force, and overwork their staff.
