A new CEO would help culture immensely.
The remote interaction forced a culture of "happiness" and wellness. While retreats revealed stories of deep depression, job dissatisfaction, and burnout.

Talk more. Like, a lot more.
Set boundaries. Say no to things. Advocate for mental health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The friendly work culture is fake. Online interactions are moderated by leadership. Of course, everyone looks happy and says they love their job. Most quit for reasons of mental health.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A new CEO. Stat. The current one has little man syndrome.
