What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that everyone was so welcoming and patient.
What makes you most happy at work?Making customers happy and meeting their needs.
What are some of the best things about your team?We are a family aside from our own families
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Making people accountable for their actions and stop letting some people get away with so much
What needs to change to make the company culture better?communication, management, more employees, and most important we need to get with the times. making 25000 copies of stuff we throw out the next day is insane. We need to get digital. Its 2022. Salespeople need tablets, pc's newer than 1994, and access to MTF accounts outside of normal hours.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Less hours and more pay for the employees. Also you should pay more than 1 person per location commission, regardless of their job title. If you dont expect salespeople to sell for free, why should anyone else? Six days a week even thru slow season is redundant.
