Buying Fish Do your tanks feel a bit empty? Do they lack pizzazz? If so, you should buy some fish! To get started, visit The Shop and click on the Fish & Wildlife category that appears in the menu on the left. 1. Open The Shop 2. Select Fish & Wildlife Here you will find a number of different themed fish and other wildlife from which to choose. Scroll through the options until you find something that catches your eye, and click the theme to open it. Now you may begin purchasing fishy friends for your tank! Be sure to view the ads that appear inside of your tank each day, as new themed fish are displayed there all the time! Selling Fish If you're getting low on Coins, a great way to stock up is to sell some fish! Selling fish will also give you XP, which is used to increase your Fish World level. There are two ways to sell fish: 1. Click on the individual fish you no longer need, and press the red "Sell" button that appears in the menu below your tank. Your fish will sell for different amounts depending on a few factors, such as their age and level of happiness. To gain the maximum amount of coins, wait for your fish to become adults and make sure they're 100% happy! Once you press sell, a Coin and XP icon (star) will appear where the fish used to be. Hover over these icons to collect your Coins and XP! 2. You can sell multiple fish at once by selecting the "Sell All Fish" option. Make sure all of the fish you'd like to sell have reached adult status, and click away! A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your choice, so be sure to read all of the details of the sale very carefully before selecting "Yes". TIP: Fishbuck fish won't sell in bulk, but all coin fish (including exclusives) will! Be careful when selling! BEWARE: Selling more than 100 fish at once will result in reduced XP gain (1 XP per fish) Once you have accepted the sale, your Coins and XP will be automatically added to your balance and XP bar.

Q: What are Slots Credits? A: Slots credits are used for free spins in the Feeding Frenzy and Enchanted Forest slots machines. Check your credit balance by opening the Game Zone from under your tanks, click "Play Now" on Slots, enter the Feeding Frenzy or Enchanted Forest machines, and look in the bottom left where it says "FREE CREDITS". Q: Where can I get Slots Credits? A: You can earn free slots credits if you're one of the first 5 players to click a friend's slots post, or when you level up. You can only earn 2.5 FBs worth of credits from friend's posts per day. Q: Why didn't I get the correct amount of Slots Credits when I leveled? A: A Slots credit is worth 0.10 Fishbucks of spin value. When in slots, you will see the Fishbuck value, not the credit value under FREE CREDITS, ie. 50 Slots credits = 5.00 FBs. Q: I had Slots Credits, and it took my Fishbucks!! Why? A: Slots credits are used before your Fishbucks when you spin. If your total bet exceeds the amount showing under FREE CREDITS, your Fishbuck balance will be used to cover the overage. Make sure to check your Total Bet amount before each spin, to ensure it doesn't go over your free slots credits.

Fish World is receiving some fresh new updates to help you find what you need. We are updating your game UI as well as the Fish World News features to provide a more guided and less obtrusive experience. The first thing you will notice when logging into the game is that you now have a new icon bar on the left side of your tank. This bar contains some of the everyday-use feature icons that players have become accustomed to: - Goldies’ Treasure Quest/Mailbox - Fish World News (more on this below!) - Video Ads - (NEW) Challenges Treasure Quest/ Mailbox When either Goldie’s Treasure Quest or Mailbox features are active, this menu will display a button to open it. This is the same behavior as the button that is currently present in your tank, but now just moved out of the way a bit. :) Fish World News This button will open your Fish World News menu, which has received an update corresponding with this tank update! Read here for more information. Video Ads The Watch and Exchange Credits menus have been combined into one menu which will include a Watch button, and also have your exchange options listed along with your total credit count. Your experience in viewing videos and redeeming credits should be the same as you’re used to! (NEW) Challenges The Challenges menu lists some ongoing challenges present in your game which you are used to: Opening this menu will give you a quick idea of your progress in these features, and give you more direct access to them.

Q. How often are the pull tab prizes updated? A. We aim to update them roughly every 2 weeks. Q. Why do I keep getting the same prize or older prizes? A. Prizes are selected randomly, so you may get the same one multiple times. We normally update half of the prize list, alternating every 2 weeks, so getting some of the older prizes is normal.

Have you ever been playing Slots and noticed that the reels sometimes seem to spin endlessly? This signifies that you may have been disconnected from Fish World while playing. It may seem a bit alarming, but don't worry! If you're in the middle of a spin when you get disconnected, the spin goes through just the same and its results are reflected in your Fishbuck Log when you refresh. You might not see the result of your spin, but you don't lose any money! All spins occur on our servers first and not dependent on your computer being connected for the duration of the spin. If you come back and your bet was deducted, this is because the spin that you would have seen had you been connected went through on the server, but you did not win.

Pearls are the currency for the Fishing Spot, our fishing minigame! You can use them to buy exclusive fish and equipment to fish with. Obtaining Pearls To start collecting Pearls, open the Game Zone and select the Fishing Spot! Once you're in, start casting your line and reeling in fish to receive your Pearls. The amount of Pearls you receive depends on the kind of fish you catch! What are you waiting for? Start fishing! Spending Pearls Now that you have some Pearls in your possession, you're going to want to spend 'em! Open the Shop within the Fishing Spot minigame and browse the following categories: Featured - Items we recommend. Fish - Buy some awesome fish for your tanks! Rod and Reel - Tired of the same old set up? Buy a new Rod and Reel. Line - Buy some new, stronger line to make sure those tricky fish can't get away! Bobber - An assortment of fancy bobbers to make you feel like the ultimate fisherman. Bait - You can't attract fish without bait! Stock up here. Power-Up - Everybody needs a little boost every now and then! Power-ups help you fish. How do I check my Pearl balance? Good question! Your Pearl balance can be viewed in the following ways: 1. Hover over your profile picture in the main game to see how many Pearls you currently have. 2. Open the Fishing Spot minigame and check the amount next to the little Pearl icon in the top right corner of the game screen. But what about the OTHER Pearls? Ah, yes. The other Pearls. If you are the lucky owner of a Treasure Clam, then you know that they require another kind of Pearl in order to give out treasure! You can purchase Treasure Clams in The Shop. :) To activate your Treasure Clam, place it inside the tank of your choice and click on it to prepare the clam. Once prepared, the clam will open! Click it once more to see how many Pearls you must obtain in order to start receiving treasures. Collecting Treasure Clam Pearls is as easy as asking your friends for their help! Or, you have the option of purchasing these Pearls for 1 Fishbuck each. Once you collect all 10 Treasure Clam Pearls, you can unlock the clam! Unlocking the Treasure Clam allows you to click the clam to receive treasures. Treasure Clams take 24 hours to prepare their prizes. Happy treasure hunting!

The Daily Spinner gives you the chance to win lots of awesome prizes and other fabulous rewards! How does it work? Each day, the Daily Spinner awards you with 1 free spin. To use your spin, click the big green spin button in the center of the wheel. If you build up a streak by logging in every day, you'll be given extra free spins! To check when you'll receive more free spins, take a look at the information box below the wheel. Completing the Board If you look to the right of the spinner, you will see a board covered in ? symbols. Each ? on the board represents a prize you can win from the fish, decoration and feeder spaces on the wheel! Collect all of the prizes to get a free Premium prize! These prizes are changed monthly, so pay special attention to the timer for a live countdown. Monthly Prize But wait - there's more! In addition to the prize you can receive by completing the board, just by logging in each day and using your free spin, you are eligible to win a Monthly Prize! Feature Description Goldie's Treasure Quest is a feature that allows you a fun and exciting way to earn both brand-new and old favorite items for your tanks! By matching colored shells in rows and certain patterns, you will complete levels and earn gems to purchase lots of awesome items. Levels are won by matching shells to complete various challenges. Don't worry, you will get some help in the form of Boosters, Power Shells, and Timed Power-Ups! Read on for more information. Objectives and Obstacles Each level in both Goldie's Treasure Quest will present you with its own level objective that must be met before running out of moves - or you lose! Once this objective is met, you will beat the level and be rewarded. There are four types of level objectives, and each will make you look at your board in a unique way. Objectives Movement Match Shells with appropriate colored Treats (pictured) to move Goldie along the path! The level is completed once Goldie collects the Treasure Chest at the end of the path. Gold Match shells on top of ice blocks to crack and, ultimately, destroy them! Once all the ice covering a golden bar has been removed, you will then earn the bar. The level is completed once all Gold Bars have been collected. Relic Match shells to make room for a Ring Relic to fall down your game board and eventually to the very bottom appropriate slot where it is then collected. The level is completed once all Relics have been collected. Buried Treasure Match shells next to dirt blocks containing silver coins! Matching shells next to dirt will destroy the dirt, allowing the coin to be collected. The level is completed once all coins have been collected. Key Collection Match shells next to glass jars to smash them! Once you have smashed a jar, you will receive a key item. Once all key items have been collected, you will have completed the level! Color Collection Your objective will be to collect a certain amount of specific-colored shells. Collect the shells by making matches of that color! Once you have collected enough, you win! Obstacles Dirt Dirt is a barrier that takes up a single tile on your game board. Destroy the dirt to clear up your game board and collect possible items stuck inside. To destroy Dirt, simply create matches next to the tile. Dirt can have multiple levels that need to be destroyed, indicated by a flower. Conveyors The conveyor is an obstacle that moves after every player turn, moving all of the shells on top along with it. The conveyor will always move in one direction, indicated by the arrows present on it. Careful planning is needed to ensure future matches! Multiphase The multiphase obstacle is a level which takes place on more than one board, or one large board. As you make progress in these levels, your game board will visually move to the next phase to indicate your progress and present further challenges. Portals Portal obstacles are used to move shells/items across the game board. Each Portal has an entrance and an exit, shells that move through the Blue entrance will then appear from the Yellow exit. Keep an eye on your shells, or they may end up across the board! Item Generators Item generators are single tiles on a game board that create new Power Shells or Fish Food to be used after enough matches are made next to it! As you make matches, you will see the generator "fill" up. Once full, you're sure to clear out lots of shells! Glass Bottle Certain shells or level goal items may be contained within a glass bottle. These bottles can be swapped and moved, but the shell inside cannot be matched or the item collected until the bottle is broken! Make matches next to the bottle to destroy it and interact with the item contained within! Algae Algae is a barrier that sits on top of another shell/item - it can also have different levels, which require more matches to fully break it apart! Make matches next to the Algae to destroy it and interact with the item contained underneath. Gravity Gravity controls in which direction the shells "fall" when space has been cleared on the game board. Typically, Shells will fall downward - unless otherwise indicated by the Gravity Indicator, which will show you which direction you can expect your shells to tumble. Boosters and Power Shells Think this all sounds a bit difficult? Not to worry, you're going to be given a little help along the way! Not only are you met daily with unique challenges, but you will also be given access to an awesome array of tools in the form of Boosters and Power Shells! These are items which can be used or interacted with that can help you with your level objectives. Boosters Players have access to three different boosters that they are able to use manually, whenever they wish. To earn Boosters, players can spend Fishbucks from the main feature menu. Keep your eyes open, because you will also see a cheap Booster Pack deal from time-to-time! How To Use: To use a Booster, you simply need to click on one of your available Boosters from the icon list on the left menu, and then select an appropriate shell to use it on - and enjoy watching the fun unfold! Each Booster offers a unique way to help you clear the board and meet your level objective. Cross Clear Booster Cross Clear Boosters will destroy all shells in an up/down cross pattern from the shell it was used on, for the entire game board. Smart Clear Booster Smart Clear Boosters will destroy a single selected shell. Color Bomb Booster Color Bomb Boosters will destroy all the shells matching the same color as the originally selected shell. Power Shells Apart from the boosters that players can collect and use, players can also gain boosts and similar effects just by making select matches, and a little bit of luck! Matching shells in certain patterns will unlock abilities in shells on the board with effects similar to those of the previously mentioned Boosters. How to Use: To use a Power Shell, it simply needs to be a part of a matching combination. Once the Power Item has been matched, it will be destroyed and it effects enjoyed. Power Shell How To Create Effect Caused Smart Clear Match four tiles in a 2x2 pattern When matched, the smart clear shell will then seek and destroy another high priority shell Horizontal Clear Match four tiles vertically When matched, will horizontally clear an entire row of shells Vertical Clear Match four tiles horizontally When matched, will vertically clear an entire row of shells Cross Clear Create a "T" match (three matches in connected in a T formation) When matched, will clear shells outward in an X formation Bomb Create an "L" match (three matches connected both vertically and horizontally, in an L formation) When matched, will destroy items in a 3x3 block of items surrounding it Color Bomb Match five tiles in a row (any direction) When swapped with an adjacent shell, will then destroy all visible shells of the same color Not powerful enough for you? Try combining two Power Shells, and you will unlock a whole other level of power that will surely help you reach your goal. Timed Power-Ups Power-Ups are a bonus that you will earn to enjoy a unique advantage over a set period of time! Power-Ups are activated once you have earned enough Shards needed. Shards are earned both as rewards for beating certain levels, as well as a possible login bonus, just for opening the feature! There are three power-ups and when they are activated they each give you a unique effect as you jump into the next level: Power Up Effect Pearl Power Up You will be granted one Pearl (Color Bomb) at the beginning of the level! Bomb-Line Power Up You will be granted both a Bomb and a Line Clear at the beginning of the level! Fish (Smart Clear) Power Up Activating a Fish (Smart Clear) will now grant you two instead of just one! Prizes and Other Resources Item Prizes All item prizes in Goldie's Treasure Quest are obtained through spending Gems, which are earned through playing through levels. The main menu of GTQ will present you with tiers of three items. In order to unlock the next tier of items, you must first purchase at least one of the items available in the previous tier. Gems Gems are earned when completing levels by achieving the goal of the level. Each Level completion will reward you with Gems, with a bonus in gems if you earn a Bubble Bonus!

A Premium is the most awesome type of item in Fish World! A Premium item can be either a fish or decoration, and having just one of them in your tank gives you the following benefits (to that tank): It feeds your fish automatically, so you don't have to! It keeps your tank at 100% happiness levels, no matter how many decorations or fish are inside. It cleans your tank for you, so it never gets icky! When your fish are happy and well-fed, they yield more coins when sold. If you want to make the biggest profit on selling your fish conveniently, make sure to have a Premium on hand! How to Identify a Premium Premiums have a special tag in the game. In the inventory, they'll have a pink "?" label, and when you hover over it, it will say Premium! You can also search various places in the game for the word "premium". There are all kinds of premiums in the game and new ones are always being added!

There are so many amazing ways to customize your tanks in Fish World that it's hard to know where to start, but never fear! If you're looking to spice things up, you've come to the right place. Backgrounds Let's start by adding a new background to your tank! To begin, make sure you are currently inside of the tank that needs a new look. 1. Open The Shop and click "Backgrounds" from the menu on the left. This will display all of the different themed backgrounds we currently have to offer. Take a moment to scroll through them to find exactly what you're looking for! 2. Once you see a theme that tickles your fancy, click on it to expand a list of all the backgrounds we have available within that theme. 3. Now for the fun part - buying one! Click the background you like best and select "Buy Now" to automatically apply the background to your tank. "That's great - but what if I don't like any of the backgrounds you have to offer, Fish World?" Well, you're in luck because we also give players the option to upload their very own custom background for only 5 Fishbucks! 4. The very first option you see when you click the "Backgrounds" category is the "Custom Backgrounds" theme. Click this to see the option to browse your computer for a picture you'd like to set as a tank background. (Pay close attention to the recommended file size to ensure your background uploads without any issues.) Once your background has uploaded, select the scale mode you'd like to use. Then, make your purchase and exit The Shop to enjoy your fancy new background! TIP: You can scale your Custom Background from this page without having to re-upload! Backgrounds that you have purchased from The Shop will remain available for use within The Shop as indicated by the purple "Purchased" text that appears beneath them. Click them to re-use the purchased backgrounds over and over again! Custom Backgrounds however are one-time use, as there are just too many player uploaded backgrounds for us to store. Please keep this in mind when purchasing them! :)

Decorations The new background you just added looks great, but you're still left wanting more. That's okay, we've got you covered! 1. Visit The Shop and select "Decorations" from the menu on the left side. This will display all of the different themed decorations Fish World has to offer! It may take some time, but we promise scrolling through the vast selection will be worth it. 2. When you see a theme that gives you that familiar creative spark, click it! 3. Now you should be seeing all of the wonderful decorations available within that particular theme. Take the plunge by purchasing one. 4. Once you click "Buy Now", your item will automatically appear under your cursor for you to set inside of your tank. Set it down to complete the purchase! 5. Now for the really fun part - item customization. Click the decoration you just purchased to view all of the decorating options available to you. You can make it bigger, shrink it down, flip it around and even rotate it! Play with these options to explore the creative possibilities. Layers Once you have all of the decorations you want inside of your tank, it's time to try layering them! Layering adds the illusion of depth to your tank, and has the potential to evolve into a rather advanced decorating technique once you get the hang of the basics. Everyone has 3 Layers to start: Layer 1, or the "front" layer Layer 2, or the "middle layer" and Layer 3, or the "back layer" Items on Layer 1 will sit "on top of" items that appear on Layers 2 and 3. The image above features an example of some overlapping items using layers. You can see that the highlighted patch of grass is on Layer 2, making the starfish and shell appear to be resting on top. The wilder looking grass poking through the top of the highlighted patch is on Layer 3, which forces it to stay behind the patch. It may take some time to master, but once you get into layering the possibilities are truly endless. If having only 3 layers starts to feel like it isn't enough, press the "L" key to open up the Layers window. In this window you have the option of purchasing more layers for a small Fishbuck fee. Happy decorating! :)

Your fish will tell you that they're ready to eat by displaying a tiny speech bubble filled with food above their heads! It's time to feed your fish. The Fish Food can be accessed in the Interact With Fish button in the menu below your tank. Other options to interact with your fish are also found in this pop-up menu, such as Love My Fish and Super-Gro. If you just want to feed your fish select the button once so that the fish food shaker appears under your cursor, then click anywhere in your tank to drop the food. Step 1: Step 2: Feeders Feeders are fish or decorations that feed your fish for you allowing you to play care-free, or even go away on vacation without worry! Place one into a tank and your fish will never get hungry. Feeders do cost Fishbucks in the store due to being luxury items, but you can also have a chance at winning them for free on the Daily Spinner.

With Blackjack, if your game is interrupted for any reason (game crashing, losing connection etc), it saves your progress for the next time that you open the game. When you re-enter Blackjack, you will see a button saying "Resume Game". Click this button to return to the last thing you were doing in Blackjack, using the same bet as before your game was interrupted.

Why don't I get many videos? A. Video availability depends on many things, including time of the month, your physical location, age, gender etc. Additionally, sometimes there are just no videos being marketed at the current time. Q. Why is this video so long? A. Fish World doesn't control the content of the videos in any way, we know some of them can be a little trying, but we believe it's better than the alternative of having no videos at all. Q. How long do the Video Credits I earn last? A. The Video Credits will accumulate for as long as you let them, and can be exchanged anytime for one of the Video Credit rewards.

Before submitting a ticket for a lost or missing item, first try using the Item Search and Inventory Search tools inside your game. You'll be amazed how much time a simple search can save you. Item Search The Item Search gives you a searchable list of all the items you have placed into tanks. Watch the video below to see how you can search your tanks for a misplaced item: 1. After logging in, click on the "Item Search" button under Tank Details. 2. Check off "Search ALL tanks" to look throughout your entire game for the items. 3. Type the name of the item(s) into the search bar on the right, and if it's in your tanks it will list exactly which one it's in. 4. Click "Move to Inventory" or "Go to Tank" to view the item there. If you have used this tool and still cannot find it, try using the search bar in your Inventory to see if it's in storage. Inventory Search If the item isn't in your tanks, the next place to check is your Inventory. Watch the video below to see how the searching your inventory can help you find items, especially if it's very large.

Tank preview images are the small thumbnails that appear on the Tanks screen. By default, the image is either a small version of the store-bought background in that tank, or if using a custom image, a default blue background. To change your tank preview image, first click the Tank Actions button at the bottom of your game, and then click the “Retake Preview” button on the window that appears. Retake the image as many times as you like until you’re happy with it, then click the Confirm button. It’s free to replace preview images in deluxe tanks, and tanks with a custom background. Otherwise, it costs 1 Fishbuck.

To purchase a new tank, click the View Tanks button in the bottom left, and select the "Add New Tank" button that appears at the bottom of the window. You can then choose from either a coin or Deluxe tank. Coin tanks: Have no extra perks and are limited based on your level. Deluxe tanks: Give bonus XP, happiness, and protect fish against sickness, but cost Fishbucks. You can have an unlimited amount of Deluxe tanks.

In addition to free videos, Fish World has also partnered with TrialPay, a service that connects you with advertisers who offer Fishbucks in exchange for completing offers. This is accessed via the Offers tab in your game. When you fill out their survey, purchase their product or sign up for a trial, the Advertiser must confirm your offer completion to TrialPay, who then will credit you the Fishbucks. F.A.Q: Q. How long will it take to receive my Fishbucks? A. As long as the advertiser takes to inform TrialPay of your completion. This can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 business day. Q. Where do I inquire about missing Fishbuck rewards for completing an offer? A. Return to the Offer wall in your game, then click Help and See My Offer Status. If you’ve not received your Fishbucks after business day, click its “Report a problem” link to reach TrialPay. Make sure you have the confirmation email from the advertiser as proof of completion. Q. Why does nothing happen when I click the Offers tab? A. You might not be currently eligible for any offers. Either there are none available in your region at this time, or you have already completed them all. Keep checking back!

Treats are used to feed special fish called "Leveling Fish" that you can purchase in the Shop. You feed them treats to level them up which unlocks special abilities for them. To feed a Leveling Fish a Treat, click the fish you want to feed, then find the "Feed Treats" icon below your tank and click that.

What's a Predator? Dun dun... dun dun... dun dun dun dun dun dun! Watch out! A predator shark is lurking... A Predator is a special type of fish that eats certain fish inside your tanks, automatically selling them for full coin profit. Since they are fed with your items, you don't need to feed them fish food. If you're looking for the best return on your fish, having a Predator in the tank is a must! Buying a Predator Many (but not all) predators in Fish World are sharks. You can find them by searching in the store, like so: Gifting Predators Predators cannot be dropped, because we don't want anyone's fish sold accidentally! You can gift one from your tank, though. Vegetarian predators cannot be gifted at all, because there's nothing worse than your decorated tanks getting messed up! Vegetarian Predators Vegetarian items (sometimes called tank organizers) are a different type of predator. They believe fish are friends, not food - so they eat your coin decorations instead! They won't eat Fishbuck decorations, but they will punt them into the middle of your tank for retrieval. If you need to dismantle a decorated tank, consider buying a vegetarian predator! (a Vegetarian shark eating a coin decoration.) TIP: To speed up the process of predators eating, use more than one!

What are Lock Codes? Your Lock Code is the best way to keep your account safe and secure! Lock Codes are an option 4-digit PIN to ensure that all transactions on your account are authorized by you. Based on your level of security, your account will be asked for your Lock Code when you try to do such actions as gifting to a friend, purchasing Fishbucks, or using the auction house. Setting up your Lock Code Setting up your lock code is a quick and easy process. To begin, select your Account menu from the top bar. From your account menu, select settings. Here you will see the option to set your lock code. You must have registered/verified your email in order to set your lock code In the following menu, you will be asked to choose both a security image and phrase. These will both be displayed when you are required to enter your lock code. Please ensure that you recognize the image and phrase that are displayed when you enter your lock code; it should be unique to you! On this same page, you will be asked to create your 4-digit lock code PIN. Be sure to keep this information private! You will then be asked to verify these details. Make sure that you recognize your security details before you enter your PIN and your lock code will be set for your account! Yay, account security! Understanding your Security Level Your account allows you to select from 3 different Security Levels, based on how secure you would like to keep your account. To change these settings, return to your Settings page from your Account menu. Feeling safe? Security Level 1: Low Security - You'll need to enter your Lock Code once per week, or every time you connect from a different computer/internet browser. Security Level 2: Medium Security - You'll need to enter your Lock Code once per game load. Security Level 3: High Security - You'll need to enter your Lock Code every time you Trade, Gift, or use the Auction House. At the highest security level, you will be asked for your Lock Code when performing most actions that involve a change to your Fishbuck balance. All security features mentioned in lower levels will also be present in higher levels (ie. if you have selected High Security, you will still be asked to enter your Lock Code every time you connect from a different computer/internet browser). Oh no, I forgot my PIN! If you forgot your PIN simply click on the "Reset Lock Code" link on your account settings page. A new lock code will be emailed to you right away! This new lock code will be activated immediately, and you can then reset your code to something you can remember. If you encounter any other issues with your Lock Code, please submit a support ticket. One of our Player Happiness Engineers will be happy to assist you in resetting your Lock Code!

To help players keep track of their Fishbuck spending, we've provided them with a real-time log to refer to! How handy is that? To access your Fishbuck Log: 1. Click on the Account tab above your game 2. Select the tab labeled "Fishbuck Log" 3. Flip through your log by clicking "Next Page" in the top right corner of the window Entries highlighted in red featuring a symbol indicate that Fishbucks have been spent. Entries highlighted in green featuring a symbol indicate that Fishbucks have been added to your balance. TIP: When contacting support about your Fishbuck balance, it helps to include the entry from your Fishbuck Log!

Here is a handy-dandy list of all of the keyboard shortcuts you can use in Fish World! A - opens the Auction House C - opens Tank Contests F - opens your Fish Mail G - opens the Game Zone I - opens your Inventory L - opens the Layers window M - moves an item to your Inventory (first, click the item you wish to move and then press M to complete the action) D - De-selects an item you currently have selected S - opens the Shop T - opens your Tank List If you forget which shortcuts are available to use, don't fret! Hovering over the buttons inside of your game will display the keyboard shortcut for that particular button.

So you've put the finishing touches on your beautiful fish tank, and the last thing you want to happen is for anything to happen to it! Gifts are nice, but they can sometimes take away from all your hard work. Never fear, Tank Lockers are here! Tank Lockers are special fish and decorations that block people from dropping things into your tank. If you have a Tank Locker (sometimes called a "Security Fish") inside your tank, a friend who tries to drop something inside will see this: TIP: If your friends are having trouble gifting you items, check how they're doing it - you might have a Tank Locker situation! Gifting Tank Lockers cannot be gifted via dropping them into your friends' tanks. They may not want to block their friends from dropping there! If you'd like to gift your friend a Tank Locker, select it inside your own tank, then click the "Gift" button. There are lots of Tank Lockers in the Fish World store, but new ones are added all the time!

The Piggys were working hard to save a portion of Fishbucks spent on Decorations and Fish, and did not want you to miss out, so we have expanded this feature to save a portion of your casino bets! Get ready to meet Slots Suitcase! Slots Suitcases save a portion of Fishbucks bet in select Slots games. When they’re full, they’re yours to crack open should you want an awesome Fishbuck deal, giving you another way to grab a great Fishbuck deal without delay! Read on to find out more! How do the Piggy Bank and Slot Suitcase work? When you spend Fishbucks on Decorations and Fish, Piggy Banks will fill up with Fishbucks. When you bet Fishbucks on Feeding Frenzy and Enchanted Forest, your Slot Suitcase will fill up with Fishbucks. Each Piggy Bank and Slot Suitcase is unique and can hold a certain amount of Fishbucks. How can I save Fishbucks towards my Piggy Bank and/or Slots Suitcase? Piggy Banks save Fishbucks from Fishbuck purchases in the store, or through our ad-only promotions. Each time you buy a Premium, or even that adorable Seapony, a little bit of that purchase gets saved in your Piggy Bank. Slots Suitcases save Fishbucks from all Fishbuck bets in Feeding Frenzy and Enchanted Forest only. Every time you bet during Gem Rush, Heist or Slotto, or even your regular slots play, a little bit of that bet is saved in the Suitcase. Where do I find the Slots Suitcases? The Slots Suitcases are waiting for you in the top left corner of your Slots Lobby menu! Don't worry, your SRP information is still available on the right-hand side. You can also see and access your Slots Suitcase in Feeding Frenzy and Enchanted Forest. Where do I find the Piggy Banks? The Piggy Banks are sitting comfortably between your tank name and your level, in the menu above your tank. Click on this Piggy to see how many Fishbucks you’ve saved so far, and how close you are to opening that Piggy!

VIP Tokens are special bonuses offered with select Fishbuck packages. Collect VIP Tokens and swap them in for awesome, VIP-only prizes! To check out the available VIP swaps, open the Swaps and Sets page, open Item Swaps and type "VIP" into the search bar located in the upper right corner of the window.

To add someone to your Favorites, open up your Friends page, navigate to the Fish World Friends tab and click the "Add Favorite" link below anyone's name there. Once you have done this, click the "Favorites" tab to view your new list!

If you've purchased a Fishbuck Package that comes with a Scratch Ticket, you may notice that it sometimes does not appear right away! In order to see your Scratch Ticket, simply refresh your game. :) An easy way to refresh is to press F5 on your keyboard, or find the refresh symbol in your browser and click on it. Once your game loads again, your Scratch Ticket should appear! Click the "Scratch Now" button to see how many Fishbucks you've won! If you don't want to scratch it right away, that's okay. Click the red 'x' to close the pop-up, and it will be condensed as an ad inside of your tank.

^ Click this icon to get to the Rescue Crate! The Rescue Crate Window When you open the Rescue Crate screen you will see a creature locked inside a cage, secured by 5 different colored padlocks. The color of the padlock corresponds to a colored key. Under each padlock, it will tell you how many of each colored key you will need to unlock the cage and set it free. On the left side of this window is a countdown. When the timer reaches zero, you've run out of time to unlock it. Before the timer runs out you can unlock the creature as many times as you want, and after a certain amount of unlocks you'll get a special version of the item instead! Crates will be active for longer than the old rescue crates to allow for more unlocks. There are two ways you can get spins: Click "Ask for Spins" to post to your wall, so that friends can help you out! If friends click your wall post, you both get a spin! You will occasionally see an "Ask Friends for Help" pop up window, with the option to ask 3 randomly selected friends for spins. Clicking "Ask for Spins" under their name will post to their wall instead of your own. The Rescue Crate Spinner The Rescue Crate is unlocked using keys, which can either be won on the Rescue Crate spinner or purchased for 1 FB each. Each of your friends can send you 1 spin per day via wall posts. When you have spins, click "Spin for Keys" to open the spinner. Each spin, you'll have a chance to land on one of the colored keys shown on the wheel. As you collect keys, the numbers in the top right under "You need" will go down. Once all of these are zero you can unlock the crate! TIP: If you have already collected the required keys of a certain color and you land on that colored tile, you will receive XP based on your current level instead. A "Guaranteed Spin" will redeem 5 of your spins in exchange for a guaranteed land on a key color you still need. Clicking "Claim Prize" will place the item in your inventory, and you can then click "Reset the crate and unlock it again!" to unlock it all over again. Multiple Crate Unlocks After you unlock a crate, you'll see that the message in the bottom left corner of the Rescue Crate window has changed. Each time you rescue the item, you'll be one unlock closer to getting a special version of the item. The keys required to unlock the cage will increase each time. But don't worry, all you need is a little help from your friends!

Installing the FW App requires just a couple of simple steps! How to Install When unable to allow Flash, you will be presented with a screen which gives you the option to download Fish World: Click "Download Fish World" to download the program. Select the location to save the installation file and click "Save." Once downloaded, open the program. It will then install the Fish World Desktop App to your system. Once installed, you will then be able to load Fish World from the new icon which appears on your desktop! Log into Facebook from this app with the same login you use to play Fish World, you should only need to login once unless you force a logout. You will now have access to Fish World, without any Flash hassle! And remember, you'll get bonus rewards for using this option!

Loading issues can be caused by a variety of different factors, making them the most difficult to resolve, and the most frustrating for players! Because there are so many reasons you might have difficulty loading the game, it's best to try some basic steps on your own before submitting a ticket to support. When you send in a ticket, please make sure to mention all the steps you've tried, and provide as many details as possible. Clearing Your Browser Cache Clearing your temporary internet files (cache) is the most important step, as it removes old information from your computer concerning Fish World that may be causing problems. Please ensure you do not have Fish World open when doing this. In most browsers you can pull up the window to clear cache by pressing three keys at once: Ctrl, Shift, and Delete. For browser specific instructions, go here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache Trying Another Browser/Computer It's likely that our support team will ask you to try this anyway! Each browser is configured differently and they update all the time (often without you even noticing), meaning you might be able to load in one browser and not the other. Trying this gives us valuable clues about what's causing the problem. If you see the same loading issue in all browsers, that indicates it has to be either something on the system, or within your game. Which browsers you try don't matter, but the more you try the better! For added measure, if you have another computer available to try, make sure to see if Fish World works properly there. That further narrows it down to being either network related, account related, or something on our end. Try Loading into a Different Tank Sometimes, players find themselves unable to load because there's too many fish or decorations in their first tank. When you load Fish World it has to load into your first tank, so if that particular tank is overloaded you may not be able to open the game at all. To check this, navigate to http://fishworldgame.com/profile.php, and click "Visit" beside one of your emptier tanks. If that works, you can then open up your Tanks screen and move a different tank to your first spot. Install Updates It's very important to make sure you have the latest updates for your Operating System, browser, and Adobe Flash Player. Depending on your settings, these may usually download automatically, but sometimes they might need your input. To make sure you have the latest version of your browser, navigate to its menu button, and there should be an option at the very bottom of the drop down (possibly under "Help") labeled "About ". Clicking this will bring you to a page that should show you its version number, as well as the option to install any available updates. You should always make sure you have the latest software updates for your computer. How to install updates on a Mac: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201541 On a Windows PC: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-ca/windows/is-computer-up-to-date#1TC=windows-7 To get the latest version of Adobe Flash Player, click here: https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ Run Your Browser in Incognito/Safe Mode Most browsers have the option to run a "private session" version of the browser, which temporarily disables all extensions and add-ons/plugins. In Google Chrome, click the menu button and then choose "New incognito window". In Firefox, click the menu button and then choose "Restart with Add-ons Disabled". If the game loads when you do this, that means one of your browser extensions or plugins is causing the issue, and should be either uninstalled, adjusted, or updated. The most common extensions and plugins that cause loading issues are internet security software and pop-up blockers. Check Network Connectivity and Background Processes One of the main things that can cause issues loading into the game are your internet speeds. Your internet may run more slowly in a variety of different situations, such as: Peak Hours: There may be a lot of people on your same network at the same time, bogging down the connection and resulting in slower overall speeds. Background Processes: A program may be running in the background that's updating or downloading, hogging the internet resources required to load your game. ISP Issues: All internet service companies have issues that pop up every now and then. Sometimes it's a complete outage, other times you may just find that websites aren't loading or are loading very slowly. The better your internet speeds, the faster the game will be able to load! To check how fast your connection is, run a test here: http://www.speedtest.net/ and make note of the Download and Upload speeds. (make sure to include this information in your ticket!) Wait! 9 times out of 10, loading issues are intermittent, and temporary. You might find that the issue resolves itself after a short time, but if it doesn't, please get in touch with our support team for more help!

Problems with loading the Requests Page and seeing requests that have been sent to you can often be fixed by trying these steps. Clear your Cache Clear both browser and flash cache without the game being loaded. To clear browser cache, click CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE in most browsers. Check your App Center The issue may be caused by an overloaded App Center. To view the App Center, click this link: https://www.facebook.com/appcenter/requests. Once you are on the page, find "Fish World" and click "Ignore All". Disable Browser Extensions/Plugins If you have any browser security extensions, please try disabling these as this can sometimes resolve page loading issues. The Easter Egg Hunt is on! Here's the scoop on how it works: Finding Golden Eggs In order to get the awesome exclusive content, you're gonna need to find some Golden Eggs. Each day, 3 Golden Eggs are hidden in 3 of your friends tanks. When you log on to Fish World during March, you will see this icon on the right side of your tank: Click this to bring up the feature window! There you'll be shown a list of 12 of your friends. Out of these, 3 of your friends have an egg hidden in their tank! Your task now is to find them. :) Click on each name (it's easiest if you go in order) and it will take you to that friend's first tank. If nothing happens, return home and try the next one! Eventually, something special will happen in one of them... When the Golden Egg drops in the tank (much like the Treasures that fall when you sell fish), click it to collect! It will be glowing, and will fall in front of all the decorations in the tank, so you can't miss it. You can collect 3 Golden Eggs per day this way, and your progress is tracked on the main screen. Keep hunting til you find all 3! Swapping your Eggs As you collect eggs throughout the month, you'll be able to afford all sorts of awesome content by exchanging them in Swaps! To access Item Swaps, click the Swaps & Sets button below your game. TIP: The Swaps you currently have enough eggs for will show up at the top by default, but if you sort by "Newest First", you'll see all the possible options you can swap for during the month! Some Swaps require Diamond Eggs instead of Golden ones. Diamond Eggs can only be earned by swapping 3 Golden Eggs in for one. Budget your eggs carefully, but if you make a mistake, you can still reverse swap back for 2 Golden Eggs! (The Easter Teacup Bunny and Easter Angel Feeder Swaps both require Diamond Eggs.) How Long will the Swaps be Available? The Swaps will be available for you to turn in your eggs up until April 1st. Fish World Streaming is a feature that will let players load Fish World in their browsers without having to interact with their Flash settings. Clicking on the "No Thanks" link below the Fish World App download button will load your game using this feature. Fish World Streaming is a service which streams the game to your browser as you play. Instead of using your system to load and play the game, you will be accessing a stream (think Netflix) that displays your game as you're used to. Of the options available to you, streaming Fish World is the least efficient and you could experience poor performance while playing including slow loading, freezing, lag, etc. Players may also notice a drop in visual quality when using this service. We recommend players try to utilize the other options available to them before choosing this.

All bids in the Auction House are final. If you've made an accidental bid or buyout on the Auction House, Fish World cannot undo your bid or cancel the auction before it completes. Furthermore, Fish World is unable to provide refunds for auctions because the currency goes to another player, not to Fish World. Please be very careful when clicking in the Auction House, and take note of the currency icons and all details before you buy.

When you become a VIP Club member, you are awarded a Wishing Well! Clicking the Wishing Well each day will grant you some awesome free prizes, so be sure to check it often. The amount of rewards you receive from the well depends on your current VIP tier. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards! Once you click the well and receive your daily reward, a timer will appear beneath the well to show how many hours you must wait until you are able to click it again. Note: Wishing Wells are functional items, which means they cannot be put back into your inventory once you have placed them inside of a tank. To move your Wishing Well, click the well after you have received your gifts. This will open a window with a drop down menu featuring a list of your tanks. Select the tank you would like to move the well into and press "Transfer".

Opening Fish Mail To open Fish Mail, hover over your profile picture in the top left corner of the game. Select Fish Mail at the bottom to read your messages. Leaving Friends Fish Mail To send Fish Mail back to your friend, simply visit their tank, then open Fish Mail the same way! Step 1: Step 2: Dealing with Unfriendly Fish Mail It would be nice if everyone could get along, but sometimes that's not the case! If you get Fish Mail that you feel is rude or even harassment, you can click [Delete] on their Fish Mail post to delete it. (We'd also recommend unfriending the player on Facebook!) You can even "Block" someone from posting on your Fish Mail by clicking [Block] under their message. BEWARE: Blocking is permanent and cannot be reversed by the support team!

If you've completed an offer or survey through the tab and haven't received your Fishbucks, you'll need to contact the TrialPay team for help. Use their support portal here: https://www.trialpay.com/social-support/fb/ or follow the steps below: Return to Fish World. Click . Click Help on the top right of the TrialPay Offer Wall. Click See My Offer Status. Click Report a Problem next to the promotion you have problems with. The TrialPay team will assist you with your promotion questions and concerns upon receiving your support request. Note: The option to report a problem will appear 30 minutes after accessing the promotion, to allow enough time for a transaction to be fully processed. You must access one of the promotions in order to submit a request. Wait at least 1 business day, read all offer requirements listed, and ensure you met them all before reporting a problem.

The Fish World Flash Helper is a Google Chrome extension which will allow you to seamlessly load Fish World in Chrome without having to deal with any Flash settings! It runs in the background, so once installed, you are all set! How to Install If you load Fish World with Flash permissions disabled, you will be presented with a pop-up prompting you to Allow Flash or to install this extension. Alternatively, you may be presented another option to download if you attempt to Allow Flash but are unable to. In any case, click on the link which directs you to the Fish World Flash Helper to progress! (Alternatively, you can click this link to be taken to the Chrome extension page.) Click on the "Add to Chrome" button at the top of the page. There will be another pop-up identifying what this extension can alter in your browser. The access it is referring to is simply to ensure that Flash is enabled while accessing Fish World. Click "Add Extension" Once installed, you will see a Goldie icon in the top-right corner of your browser! This indicates that the extension is installed and active. You can also load Fish World directly by clicking this button! You should also now be able to seamlessly log into Fish World on Chrome with no pesky permission pop-ups.

VIP Points are earned on any purchase of Fishbucks, Coins, or Value Packs, and contribute to your level in the VIP Club. They will expire after 3 months. The amount of VIP Points you'll receive is displayed on every Fishbuck/Coin Package/Value Pack before you buy. Your VIP Points determine your level in the VIP Club! If the VIP Points you earn qualify you for a higher level, you'll move up immediately, even in the middle of the month! Click "Account" in your game to read more about the VIP Club.

Our team works hard to ensure Fish World is running in tip top shape and uses as few resources as possible. Performance issues can often be resolved with a simple clean-up or change of settings, either on your computer or in your game. Ask yourself the following: When did the issues start, and when do they occur? If the freezing and slowness began after an update to your browser: You may want to try a different browser for now, or download an older version of your preferred browser. If the freezing and slowness began after buying a new computer: Check that you have the latest updates and versions of everything: hardware drivers, Windows Updates, Adobe Flash Player, and your browser. If the issues occur while you are inside a specific tank: Check to see how many fish and decorations are inside that tank. We recommend keeping the number of fish you have in each tank below 100, even 50 depending on your computer’s hardware. Pay special attention to fish and decorations that are animated, as these require extra memory from your computer to render. If the issues occur while you are inside a friend’s tank: Try reducing inactive Fish World players from your Neighbors List. We find that when players have 400+ Fish World neighbors, their performance is decreased significantly. If you’re not sure when it started and/or when it tends to occur, try the following steps: 1. Clear your cache. This fixes many players' issues with the game, as old information gets stored in your browser that can lead to issues. You can either press Ctrl-Shift-Delete in any browser, or follow the instructions for your browser here: www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache 2. Close any other tabs or windows you have open. Playing in multiple tabs or having several windows open while playing Fish World dramatically increases the memory required to run your browser. 3. Check for memory-hogging Extensions and Add-Ons. Try opening a window of your browser in Incognito Mode(Chrome), No-Add-ons Mode(Internet Explorer), or Safe Mode(Firefox). If Fish World works properly in this window, then an extension or add-on you have installed may be causing the issue, and you should try disabling or removing it. 4. Scan your computer for viruses and malware. Viruses, adware, and other unwanted programs often take up resources your computer without you knowing. They can cause slowness, freezing and crashing for all of your programs and games including Fish World. 5. Try a different browser. For the best user experience, we highly recommend that you use Chrome, Firefox or Safari. Internet Explorer does work with Fish World, but generally we’ve found that it performs more slowly and experiences more bugs. 6. Try reducing the quality of the Flash Player. You can do this by right clicking inside Fish World and selecting “Quality” to “Medium” or “Low”. This reduces the quality of the graphics on screen to help take up less resources on your computer.

Daily Goals are daily tasks you complete for free coins, XP, and fish prizes! These can be hidden from your game through the "Show Goals" option you see in Game Settings. To access your Game Settings, click the cog in the top right hand corner of your tank. Checking the "Show Goals" box will display the goals in your tank, and un-checking it will hide them.

Each month, your VIP level and VIP Points are recalculated based on what happened during the previous few months. What happens to my VIP level on the 1st of the month? The system recalculates your VIP Points from only the past 3 months, so 1 month (the earliest one) drops off of the count, and last months earnings are added on. Depending on whether the dropped month was bigger or smaller for VIP Point earnings, your level may go up or down. If you earned enough VIP points collectively over the past 3 months (not including the current one) to maintain your level, your level will stay the same. If you did not maintain your level, you'll be bumped down to a lower level, depending on how many VIP Points fell off. (this can only happen on the first of the month!) If you reached a higher level during last month you'll be placed in that tier regardless of your current count, so that you can enjoy these perks for another full month as our way of saying thank you. You'll be shown how many VIP points you need to maintain this level on the Account tab. TIP: You can check your progress towards your next month's VIP Status on the lower half of your VIP account page. Check your progress bar regularly so that you know what VIP level you'll be on the 1st of next month! 1) How many points required in order to reach the next level (and be guaranteed that level next month). When you adopt a fish it goes into the first tank you have (your top tank), not your inventory. The fish is usually tiny, making it difficult to see! You can use the Item Search feature in the menu below your tank to find any fish in your tank by name, and move it to your inventory.
