Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to be up for fun things/encourage a fun environment to work with. As I said in a previous things, there have been some things in Flux but I feel confident about the current setup for leadership and haven't had any red flags go off yet :)
I love that they are all very approachable and kind.
They are very excepting and inclusive

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to your players AND your teams. Our careers are in this place, it would help if we tried to release something new or fix what we have so we don't fall apart.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the Honeybee allowance to put towards various stuff.
Honeybee benefits are my favorite

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everything is a cascading effect. When leadership doesn't care, our managers do not care. That leaves all of us who deals with the actual players to deal and lie our ways through the negativity. It's hard to keep a front if players are getting impatient for fixes.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is super helpful and fun to work with! Haven't had any issues with any of them! (I'm on the programming team)
They understand how depressing our job can be. So we try to be here for each other.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Stop bullying. I was once told in front of my coworkers that nobody liked me and it was detrimental to my success with the company. How do you increase moral if you are told you aren’t wante
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people/events, everyone has been a joy to work with. The P&C team puts a lot of effort into fun remote work activities!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Genuine and honest communication from SLT
Be forward about what is the future of this company. Are we going to lose our jobs anytime soon because it seems like everyone has checked out?
What did you like most about the interview process?
The dev test/having a choice of which dev test I wanted to do.
My managers made it fun. Great people hired here.

What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to work on tools that directly improve the lives of my co-workers.
I love that we now get to work from home

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We have a strict refund policy yet our stuff is either broken or won't work properly. We don't add more for our players to interact with, so no new places in maps. There's more content for YoCash when it's hard to gain any YoCash OR YoCoins because half of the minigames are BROKEN.
