Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

No raises and meagre bonus. No 401k match. Good people are leaving.

The comp listed on this site as an estimate is very far off.

I'm new and untested so I believe over time my compensation will definitely grow. However, I'm disappointed in not receiving any stocks in the company. Equity is just as important as diversity and inclusion.

Value delivered versus comp totally unbalanced. Equity is very low. Too much focus on market comps versus individual contribution.

Marketing leadership is poor. Need vision on message, emotive brand and understanding of integrated marketing.
