What is the best part about your compensation package?

The base and bonus pay are market rate.

Stock options. Remote work. Flexible time off.

Best part about my compensation package is the Equity. I got a rather large package, hope it will be worth a lot someday.

The work/life balance is some of the best I've ever had.

it's fair, not low nor too high

Abundant Stock. Daily free lunches.

The 401k and retirement was in good standing
