What's the vibe like in the Product dept at Billtrust? How many hours are you working?
It's difficult to answer this question due to the constant changes in direction and leadership that the company and dept has seen. Hours could range from 8 to 12 from 5 to 7 days a week. With the current lack of vision and direction, it's a crap shoot.

Fun but hard working- all looking to make our company successful and scalable but that takes some focus

Open areas for scrum and development teams to foster collaboration, moving to a new office in NJ in the Spring with what I hear will be some great amenities.

Plenty of diversity but in a tech company you do have a higher male to female ratio
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Billtrust?
I wish I had known that we would expand geographically so quickly.
What's the Product team like at Billtrust?
Well intentioned but ultimately handcuffed by upper management's bipolar changes in direction and need to pad their pockets.
What benefits does Billtrust provide?
We offer the standard benefits package but have recently purchased a medical package that has low co-pays. We have dental, vision, Open PTO 401K match, stock options, sabbatical leave, maternity/paternity leave, FSA's and other typical benefits.

People are busy but make time to socialize so it's a nice balance.
