It's a cool layed back job site. They pay you to do al job it called Work. The job is not stressful but recourse long hours and alot of walking and lifting about 15 to 20 lbs. Form the CEO on down there some down to earth people at the Memphis work site. They believe in rewarding their employees!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
This is a Trillion Dollar Company and it can take better care on the few employee that they have working. The worker's ate the back bone of the company alone with the route drivers.
