Pay hourly plus commission. Not 183 dollar base per week plus 9% on bread you sell. This is poverty wages and they know it.

Terrible management. All commission base. Terrible company, Terrible management, Terrible people. I strongly urge anyone to do their research before getting screwed over like I did. I blame myself for believing in them. Don't let this happen to you.
