The fact that the company has a culture that it strives for is encouraging. We're not there yet. Not even close.

When my order is 100% filled and it works out to be exactly what was needed to tale care of our customers.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating there associates with respect and as business partners and not children. Salaried management should also appreciate that their sales associates are primarily paid on commission and not guaranteed a specific weekly salary like themselves.
