The operation manager has actually told us when we can and cannot use the restroom while working. He told us that we were not alllowed to use the restroom until after our loading process which can take 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

We are asked to do jobs in different departments without compensation.

Lots of veterans. They know their stuff and share information and experience openly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It's really just the operation manager. He has no management or people skills.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The employees. They show up everyday knowing that they ate going to be under appropriated
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The operations manger was the interviewer. I should have been my red flag but i gave him the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong.
