I can do my job and go home. I don't have to rely on a clock to tell me when it is time to go home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are no benefits for a part time employee. Sometimes it costs more to get to and from work than it does to actually do the work assigned.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I am not comfortable working around large groups of people. It takes longer than I anticipate to complete an assigned task because I have to wait for the people to leave the area I am working in.
