The first 4 years went well.. then, between all the management changes, not enforcing rules, horrible training, lack of cleanliness on a normal basis, watching over 600 people come and go and no one caring about quality, honestly. I dont see much of a future anymore. Lack of moral and incentive.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening, fixing problems, enforcing the rules and training
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Incentives and moral.. training properly and proper cleaning within the plant more than is done now.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses would be nice and give motivation to save product.. but you took all the incentives away!
What are some of the best things about your team?
The seasoned people try their best to work together despite ALL the issues and problems at the plant
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The rules aren't followed anymore, nothing is enforced, nobody cares about the quality of product. Nothing is getting fixed, nothing is being cleaned properly and the training is honestly the worst I have ever seen anywhere.
