Being able to build out new processes and constant change. We always strive for the best, so no one is stuck in old ways of doing things. Innovation is top of mind.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It never felt like an interview, just a conversation and getting to know the team. Everyone was so friendly and the entire process was explained to me in the beginning. The transparency was refreshing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My entire team is supportive and extremely approachable. If I need help with anything, I know I can rely on anyone of them to help get the job done. We all have a fun time at work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We have a wonderful leadership team and I feel like we are always in the know. My manager is always transparent and tries to include us in all of the conversations so we always have the most updated information.
