SUPER corporate work environment. Very outdated way of seeing the office structure and work expectations. Attracts pretty boring people and employee morale is low. Not surprisingly turnover is high.

I don't know. The business development department makes decisions that none of us really understand.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Moral is low and because there is so much corporate bureaucratic red tape simple decisions take a long time.
