I had 3 phone screens and 3 in person interviews. I expected the job to be highly competitive and professional. Found that not to be the case after I was hired.
I don't know. The business development department makes decisions that none of us really understand.
HR has been working with management for years but has been unable to produce any positive results. More attention needs to be placed on bad managers and less effort training managers on how to deal with problem employees. The reason there are so many problem employees is bad management
The company culture is a facade. There needs to be a recognition that workers are critical to the company's success and not just a drain on the quarterly profit reports.
