It has been a really great experience so far. The work we are doing as a company is truly groundbreaking and it is fulfilling to be part of making a difference in patients' lives. There have been some speed bumps here and there as we are still a newer company, but it has been positive all around

We have the holiday shut down between Christmas and New Years!

I think we work very well together. We trust each other and have great communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have not been up for a title change/ promotion - not sure when that happens, if it will happen? feeling kind of stagnate in career trajectory
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I really like how we have such a mix of ages, demographics, and people in general. It is fun to come into the office sometimes and see everyone!

I love the people. I think we have such a diverse group of ages and backgrounds, people are talented and it has been a great learning opportunity both personally and professionally.

They really seem to know what they are doing. We have been able to do so much in a relatively short time and it is really inspiring to see and be part of.
What makes you most happy at work?
Personally, I love being able to hit goals and beat deadlines. I also believe the work we are doing as a company is really cool. We are changing the industry and really paving the way for digital health.
