What is the best part about your compensation package?
The base salary is competitive, but the lack of stocks make it difficult at times to feel the true weight of our impact at the company.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Making less than what I would as compared to what someone of my caliber will make at other health-tech companies like Oscar, Olive etc. Working at a couple of levels below what someone with my profile and contributions to the company should be working at.

Interesting problems and issues to tackle. Cooperative and jovial scrum team.

Everyone is transparent and willing to work together. Startups survive and excel when they have this mentality. My coworkers are some of the most intelligent folks I have worked with.

Leaders are accessible. Anyone can get a lot done, if they really want to. Able to make independent decisions and move forward.

Freedom to make independent decisions and to get things done. Also, it is good to know that my leaders will always have my back, even if something goes sideways.
