We are payed far below our top competitors in our industry and in our state. Our wages are far below the cost of housing in our location.
They still haven't figured out that twelve hour shifts on your feet burn their employees out. Give us benches and more than 15 minute breaks as we need to gown in and out of the floor.

Twelve hours of repetitive tasks with minimal breaks are not a healthy environment.
It needs to be faster, have more wage transparency (you will not be told a pay range unless offered the job), and have better communication between the recruiters and the candidate.
Eliminate all the Human Resource red tape to get hired.
