Leadership needs to work on communication, and supporting their team.
Recognizing rare talent. I do not deal directly with the corporate leadership, but I deal with the director of operations that runs the sales office that sells for Birch Communications. That list is too long and complex to state here.

I have brought in a lot of sales for this company, and am in the same position as when I started at this company, and I would say my current position is a bit of a demotion actually. I've never felt they appropriately recognized the benefits that I brought to them.
In our sales office, there is no streamlined process, and that is crucial for an effective sales team. Everyone has to be on script and on point so that when that unsold lead gets to the next person, it is more qualified to be sold. If everyone is doing their own thing, then it disrupts sales.

A lot of customers are rude and impatient and the supervisors dont provide much support
If I felt that I had support at the office i was at then I would be motivated. I'm a naturally very motivated individual, and it takes a lot for me to become disgruntled. So let's just say that a lot has happened, and is has become a very negative place for me.
