They're all relatively good people (not a-holes to employees). The business decisions could use some real help.

Leadership needs to work on communication, and supporting their team.
Recognizing rare talent. I do not deal directly with the corporate leadership, but I deal with the director of operations that runs the sales office that sells for Birch Communications. That list is too long and complex to state here.
