What are some of the best things about your team?
While this is a solo job and you don't really interact with other drivers, I always look forward to the moments when I do because we just get to be real with each other for a couple minutes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Often we as drivers get sent to restaurants that have no or very limited parking, making our jobs exponentially more difficult as we have to find somewhere to park and then walk a great distance and there is no extra compensation for these more difficult deliveries
