Only met my manager and interacted with dispatch. They are very accommodating and work with you on scheduling as much as they can. Very friendly and responsive. Great place to work!! And I'm not getting paid to say this LOL!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Better communication with employees. My paycheck was returned and when I went by to speak with Carrie a phone meeting was more important than figuring out what?

Not harassing drivers 24-7. Even when I'm not working, my phone blows up all of the time. It is an invasion of privacy and just plain rude!!! Dont schedule me at short notice and then ticket me for a no call no show!!! Ignore my availability after being told I wasn't scheduled!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If they paid us an hourly base wage. Anything at all. Instead of what bite squad currently does which is use your tip money as part of your overall pay.

Just cruising around in my car listening to music. No coworkers or gossip or boss looking over your shoulder. Just get food, drive. drop food off. Simple
