The most successful people in the company are the team members who really take ownership of their position and department. It's a pleasure to work with so many people who really care about what they're doing for small businesses.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a relaxed environment and I didn't feel like I was being grilled or asked trick questions. The managers who interviewed me were already familiar with my resume and experience and had clearly prepared well for the interview.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very down to earth leadership. The owners and managers are always willing to listen to new ideas and feedback. I've lost track of how many times I've seen a suggestion from even the newest employee turned into a new policy, feature, benefit, or even department!
